Blog Engage RSS Syndication And Blog Marketing Services

Blog Engage: RSS Syndication and Blog Marketing Services

RSS Syndication

Traffic is the lifeline of any blogs and bloggers are always fond of finding more ways to boost the number of traffic. While there are many conventional ways to increase blog traffic, there are also several new and very effective ways to multiple your blog traffic which are using RSS syndication and blog marketing.

While you may be wondering what is RSS syndication or why would you even need a blog marketing service, allow me to share some light with you. RSS syndication and blog marketing are processes where they automate the latest blog posts in the form of RSS feed to various parties. Indirectly, this means that they help to increase blog visibility and most importantly, sending the right signals to eager readers.

While there are many blogging communities out there, Blog Engage is one community no bloggers should never leave home without. Blog Engage or BE in short is run and managed by no other than Brian Belfitt. It is home to over 2,955 members (and still increasing) including several top of the crop such as Zac Johnson, Ileane, Hesham Zebida and Brian Hawkins.

4 reasons why you must participate in Blog Engage community

Blog Engage offers several ‘mouth watering’ features such as:

  • Content Syndication
  • Automated social media marketing
  • YouTube video syndication
  • SEO and backlink assistance
  • HashTag marketing

And that isn’t all. There are probably half a dozen more features as we speak but the above are the main ones which are useful for bloggers and traffic generation.

I joined Blog Engaged around 5 months back and many thought I was crazy enough to pay £19.90 for a standard account. After sometime, I realized the potential in this blogging community and I was soon surfing on it’s Platinum plan instead.

Now, if you are already thinking 101 ways why you shouldn’t join this, I dare you to continue reading. Seriously.

1. Blog Engage RSS syndication (manual and automatic)

Users can easily submit their latest blog post to Blog Engage for syndication. As Blog Engage is a high pagerank blog, rest assured your articles will be indexed even faster by search engines.

For a standard Blog Engage account, submissions are done manually. This means that you would need to share one link at one time to Blog Engage.

For Platinum plan and above, RSS syndication is done automatically and all you need is to provide your RSS feed link to Blog Engage. After that, sit back and Brian will do all the blog marketing you ever need on Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

2. Influence building with Blog Engage groups

If you are planning to build influence, there are many groups you can join. Here, you can share ideas, blog posts and even tips in nearly every possible topic.

Bear in mind that some of these groups are moderated by famous bloggers and you could easily get backlinks from them if the article is worth sharing.

3. Blog Engage live chat

If you love Facebook chat, you are going to love the live chat feature on BE. The live chat feature on BE is powered by Comet Chat. Now, if you think that is all … you are terribly wrong!

You can easily integrate Facebook and Google+ chat with Comet Chat at Blog Engage just by authorizing or providing the relevant permission.

Now, tell me. Killing two birds with one stone?

4. Member’s spotlight for traffic boost

Member's spotlight on Blog Engage
I was lucky to get featured at Blog Engage

Giving back to the community is probably one of Blog Engage’s vision. Every week, Brian will share one of his members to the public. This is extremely helpful especially when it comes to introduction, building influence, increase traffic to blog and of course, providing a warm welcome to new members.

  1. Hi Reginald,

I checked out the Blog Engage site. Do they not offer a trial? Over time, I have accumulated over a thousand dollars of subscription based services per month. It begins to cut into profits, so I prefer to try before I increase my overhead.

How long have you used Blog Engage? I would be interested in a follow-up post, a few months down the road, to see the results you (and your readership) have achieved.

    – Cole

    1. Hi Cole,

How are you mate! Glad to see you here 🙂

Blog Engage does not offer free trial but there are contest from time to time for membership. If you are interested, Blog Engage has the one time payment of 9.99 pounds which is for lifetime membership. However, you would not get the automated social media service. This means that every time you publish a new post, you need to submit it manually.

I started with that too before going Platinum and it is easy. Submission could be done in under 5 minutes and pretty cool too. If you ask me, I would always suggest going to for the one time payment and if things work out well for you, get a bigger one if you are affordable.

Now, in terms of results … I see good traffic from it. They also offer guest posting for members which is a huge plus point since it is now a PR 4 site. Just to add, I would say there isn’t much difference between the monthly and one time payment because if you have all the time in the world, go for the manual posting. The one off payment is crazy deal indeed.

Well, that’s me though! I hope this explanation is what you are looking for and of course, hit me up if you need anything else. I would be delighted to assist 🙂

      Have a blessed day mate.

  2. Hi Reginald,

I Love BE after winning my account a few weeks ago and It really is easy to use! I too am thinking of upgrading soon once my blog starts earning it’s keep but atm I am perfectly happy with my standard account!

On another topic though I am a member of BizSugar and I am just as active on there also but everytime I add a post there be it mine or some others I find that there always in moderation and never gets published, I have no idea why that is though.

    Great post yet again dude!

    – Phillip

    1. Hi Philips,

Oh yes, BE is great and if you ever wish to upgrade, there’s my affiliate link you can use (if you don’t mind).

BizSugar is okay but you need to provide more information on the summary and share the related topic. BizSugar is more towards business blogging and thus, you need to ensure that it is related before the blog post is allowed.

      Thanks for commenting mate.

  3. Hi Reginald I was very happy to see you joining the contest! I’m already marketing your post along with the others! Let’s hope you have some great success over the month of December. You did a great job on the post and outlining the value of Blog Engage! At this point it’s all about sending traffic to the post. Let’s get to work and get you some sales!!!

    1. Hey Brian,

Haha thanks for the shout over on Twitter. Was doing grocery shopping! Haha.

Of course, I got to apologize for being late. Life been catching up a lot on me and my time was sooooo short! Glad to help BE and as always, I really dig into BE mate.

      Appreciate it.

  4. Reginald, I love it there but I don’t get there often enough. It is a great community, great place to met other bloggers and share stuff. I’ve been there for over 2 years now and had won a contest at one point. I haven’t seen them doing them as often no? I must get back over there Reginald, thanks for the inspiration to do so.

    1. Hi Lisa,

Well, this year they ran a few and I personally organized two of them. Haha!

Blog Engage is a good place and loving the automated marketing part. I seen BE changed once and that’s a good sign you know? It shows that the site is growing 😀

If you ever … ever need an affiliate code for a bigger plan, you know where to find one :p

      Have a blessed weekend Lisa.

  5. Hi Reginald,

I won Platinum account in Gilbert’s giveaway program when I already had a standard account. It is truly convenient when you don’t have to submit your posts manually, on top of that the promotion by Brian is truly no-brainer 🙂

I did not notice about the JustRetweet bonus point! Where is this option placed? How can I get this 3500 points?

BTW, it appears that your CommentLuv is conflicting with something else? It’s not working as expected.

    1. Hi Suresh,

Congrats on the winning 🙂 You need to drop Brian an email to ask about the Just Retweet. For me, I skipped that since my account is always near to full 🙂

Yes, my CommentLuv is giving me headache but I don’t know what is wrong. Reset, delete, reinstall everything but still some readers are not able to use CL properly. Gah!

  6. Hey Reginald,

I’ve heard a lot about blog engage, but, haven’t had a chance to get to look at it.
Thanks for the great info. It sounds great, but, what I like is the fact that there are different price points to suit your needs.

Thanks so much for a detailed post on Blog Engage.

    Geri Richmond

    1. Hi Geri if you decide to join please do be kind and follow the affiliate link for Reginald. IT’s always nice to get appreciated for your hard work and he has done a smashing job on this post. We hope to see you joining our community.

  7. Hi Reginald,

Its always good to hear from the boss and to take heed to his instructions. I have been thinking heavily on joining blog engage, I think its time.

Yes, I tried Bizsugar, but all my posts were turned down. What do you suggest I do?

    Thanks for sharing Boss.

    1. Hi James,

Oh wow. Your site looks exactly like mine! Haha~

BizSugar is fine for me maybe because of my niche. I am semi business blogging. I would suggest the following:
      1. Check on your quality
      2. Make sure you submit to the right BizSugar category
      3. Provide a summary (I usually use 100 words or so) on the blog post and no links in it.

Of course you need to join Blog Engage. It is the most happening site on earth and if you are not using it, you are definitely losing out. Trust me on that. I use it and I love it big time. if you are new to this, just get the smallest plan which is under 10 pounds for a lifetime membership.

You can have a look at Blog Engage using the link (aff link) above.

      Good luck mate.

    1. Hey Adam,

      Thanks for dropping by mate!

Blog Engage is pretty good. Before this, I was using the Standard Account and it was good. Though with manual submission, it was a-okay for me. Then I moved on to Platinum and I love it. Why?

Every time I published something, Brian has over 4 social media accounts to autoshare it for me. Now, imagine that with the power of SocialOomph or any other 3rd party scheduler. It’s explosive I would say.

Traffic from it is okay and I managed to get quite a number of loyal readers from Blog Engage.

Hope this answers your question 🙂

Tell me what you think mate~

  8. Hi Reginald,

I’ve heard the word Blog Engage but now I know what it is all about thanks to YOU!

Seems like a good platform to get more juice to our blogs. I like the way they have five different options to join.

I do have to take a look at this one!

Thank you so much for reviewing this. Now I have a better understanding of what it is and what it can do for me!

    Be Blessed,

    -Donna

    1. Hi Donna,

Oh wow! Thanks for your kind words and absolutely glad you find this useful!

Yes, Blog Engage is a great place to start for both newbie and professional bloggers. Totally dig into their RSS syndication.

Take care and of course, feel free to drop me a line if you need some help.

  9. Churchill Madyavanhu

I have actually been weighing my options regarding this type of platform as I get ready to start marketing my startup at galilea3.com. Thanks for this informative write up. I will have a loook at blog engage and remember about the affiliate marketing link if I do decide to hop on. 🙂 I hope it’s not too late to build some relationships and leverage the power of Blog Engage to get an influence marketing campaign going. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Hey Churchill,

Thanks for dropping by! Oh yes you are right, spot on! I too, have the same issue few months back. I was deciding between Blog Engage and a few more communities. Ended up, I joined BE and it was great. Brian (the owner) is a cool guy and very helpful too!

Definitely a good platform to start building influence 🙂

Have a great weekend and hope you enjoy the write up!

    1. Hi Beth,

Thanks for commenting and dropping by. Glad to see you here 🙂

Blog Engage is a crazy place. Love it there and the community is excellent. Highly recommended for all bloggers who are serious in marketing.

      See you around Beth!

  10. Hi Reginald,

Thanks for sharing this, as it comes pretty timely. For some time I’ve been thinking of getting blog engage service. But Like many on this thread, I wants to have a good knowledge of how it works and hopefully, I get good traffic in return.

Though, after seeing your alexa and that of Gilbert of viralwriter, I assume there is good return on investment.

I’ll start with the standard account and hopefully if thinks work accordingly, I upgrade.

Once again, thanks for the write up.

    1. Hi Shamsudeen,

Thanks for commenting. Blog Engage is a pretty cool part. But you are warned; the ROI varies between bloggers. For me, I call it a 50-50. I uses Blog Engage to increase influence level and free publicity. If you are looking for traffic (solely), it is just moderate 🙂

Of course, there’s my affiliate link above if you ever need one. Haha!

      Thanks for dropping by!

  11. Completely agree with you about Blog Engage community . Even I partipicate in 4 blog communities as of now. But I still haven;t joined Blog Enage and will soon be there.
