While some stress should always be expected - it would be a lie to suggest we can eliminate it from our lives permanently - we should still take steps to manage the problem before it takes its toll.

Finally, and perhaps the obvious solution, you can do less by delegating your work to others. If you have the finances to hire people in your business, then do so.

By bringing other people on board, you will a) have people around to ease feelings of social isolation, and b) have people at hand to take on those tasks that you don't have time for, or aren't able to complete in a satisfactory way.
